The Relevance of Worksafe v Rentokill Ltd
It was recognised that if Rentokil had offered vaccination then the mere offer would have acted to ensure it maintained a safe workplace and could not ‘do more’. The stricture against it being a requirement in an employment agreement made it a complete defence,Idea Services would have applied.
