Police Public Liability Insurance
The Police have Public Liability Insurance with Chubb. They paid out from 2010/2011-2021/2022, $6,330,467.54 to 185 claimants! This represents an annual payout of over $500,000.00 and an average pay out per claimant of $34,218.74! Police have paid all these claims out themselves and never ever made a claim on their insurance!!! WHY? and where did the money go that is being used to pay the insurance premiums? Put through the washing machine perhaps and sent to a place starting with U?

These NZ Doctor’s have Baby’s Blood on their Hands – Will’s Right to Choose

Meet Master WILL SAVAGE REEVES – 4mths Old from New Zealand

Will requires open heart surgery, for this he will require a blood transfusion.

Will’s parents wish for their baby son to receive unvaccinated blood.

The Blood Bank and the Auckland Hospital have refused their request for direct donor unvaccinated blood, for which they have 20+ willing and suitable donors and intend to undertake the surgery using VACCINATED blood!

This is a time-sensitive and desperate situation with a hearing on Wednesday 30th November regarding guardianship of little Will.

The Health Act 1956 – A Path to Justice For All

STATE/CORPORATION LEGAL MAXIMUM;
EVERYTHING IS FORBIDDEN EXCEPT THAT WHICH IS ALLOWED

This means there must be exact sections and clauses in legislation which allow the state to carry out anything they do, in a legal manner

Without those sections and clauses, it is forbidden/illegal

Discussion Points:

Many of us know clause 10 of BORA states our right to refuse medical treatment.

We have even more legal remedy in The Health Act 1956

Section 92 I (5) states “In no case may a direction require an individual to submit to a compulsory treatment”
This prevents the state and businesses from coercing people into taking any medical treatment – this includes the so called vax, undergoing tests of any sort and wearing masks
